The property is exceptionally clean. The staff at the front desk were courteous and friendly, and made it feel like coming home after a long day. Housekeeping dropped the ball a few times by not restocking coffee, salt and pepper since I was making full use of the kitchenette. I just had to make it have it to stuff at the front desk when I came in and ask, they were more than happy to oblige. Very conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and highway access, but not on a busy, noisy highway.

Staying in Provo can sometimes be such a disappointment with the hotel choices. The new Residence Inn South is just the cure. The suites are spacious and beds are comfortable. The bathroom is also roomy with lots of light. The kitchen area has everything you need. The location has lots of restaurants and places to walk to. I can’t rave enough about this place!

The breakfast was very varied, generously stocked with bacon or sausage and different toppings. It was so nice to be able to cook our own food for lunch and dinner because of the fridge, cooktop and groceries easily accessible at Target, just behind the Inn. Staff were very helpful and always positive and polite.

The people who work there, the manager Craig. The room was great and everything was very clean and we will stay there again. We had trouble with our reservation through Booking.com and Craig was able to help us with it. We will call the hotel for reservations next time.
